DELICIAS PROJECT

The project is located in Delicias , Madrid. It consisted of urbanization in the area , designing affordable housing. The building deigned is meant to transform according to the weather. It is a co-housing complex that shares private and public areas. The building itself was designed to create a new sense of community in the area , opening the ground floor of the building to the public/private sector.
